week 6 hw

I had the opportunity to go back home to Bakersfield for the weekend and every couple months when I do get to go back home a feeling of nostalgia usually occurs at some point or another. The first two pictures are of an alley directly behind my grandma's house where I spent much of my childhood exploring and playing in. The second two pictures are of various items that have been handed down my family for years that were actually property of my family when my ancestors moved from Oklahoma years ago during the California dust bowl. Relics such as these can be seen all over mine and other family member houses as a reminder from where we came from and the hardships others endured just to get here to California. I guess this tops hits for me since they are beautiful in a personal way.
