Unexpected Beauty [Christian Segura]

I saw this rock formation while on a quick cruise

in italy during the day one year. It really reminded me of

an elephant more than a part of a mountain.

These birds were in a resort that I was staying

at in greece one year. They made their nest right in the

hallway. When you left your room you had to

be on the look out for wildlife air traffic.

Its nice to know that some wild life prefer

a modern living place.

While outside of my house I came across

some ants marching around on the curb.

They were marching around these magnets

that were either dropped or left there at some

point. It all seemed very industrious at that point.
In my backyard I thought it was interesting

that this orange tree started to grow through

the fence. I kind of liked the juxtaposition of the

living growing through the dead.
Before leaving my house last week this

praying mantis was hanging out on the molding

above my front door. Quite the odd time of

year to see one of these in your home; Its missing

an antenna.
