This bicycle has been wrapped around this column in Palos Verdes for as long as I can remember. I don't know who created it, and I don't know if anyone does. The most amazing thing about this piece is that Palos Verdes is not known for its tolerance of non-commissioned art, yet this has remained here year after year.
